The State Exam Prep course is currently a 4 hour course and will be offered on the Monday prior to every state exam.
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Advance Registration Required for ALL classes.
Fees are included in tuition for Mortgage Broker License Course
Book and Materials included with tuition.
The State Exam
Mortgage Broker test sites are located in: Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Port St. Lucie, St. Petersburg and Tallahassee. Click here for detailed state exam information.- The exam is offered once a month.
- The test consists of 100 multiple choice questions.
- Passing grade is 75 or greater.
- Candidates have 3 hours to complete the test.
- The test content is changed each month.
Note: Upcoming 2009!
Electronic Testing is scheduled to start January 2009.
