National Exam Prep Classroom Course (8 hours) - $129 includes manual

Topics include: Federal Lending Legislation (3 hrs), ethics (2 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage products (2 hrs). Presents a high level review of key terms and concepts associated with mortgage origination activities (1 hr).

National Exam Prep Online Course - $99

The Exam Prep online course is designed to prepare you with the knowledge you need to pass the National Loan Originator Test, which is mandated by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act). It includes clear, succinct discussions on the topics from the national MLO Test outline—federal mortgage lending-related law, mortgage industry terms and concepts, the loan origination process, and ethics—and unlimited opportunities to self-assess your understanding through tests at the end of each module.

When you're ready, you can take a comprehensive 100-question practice test that resembles the content breakdown and types of questions you will see on the national MLO Test. You can take as many practice tests as you want. Since the questions are randomized from large pool of questions, each test will be unique—you will never see the same exact questions in the same exact order. The MLO Review Crammer also includes a downloadable glossary and summaries for your reference.

State Exam Prep Course - $75

The State Exam Prep course is currently a 4 hour course and will be offered once a month on a Monday.
